Personalized Fitness Coaching

Personalized Fitness Coaching allows your training plan to be designed around your unique goals, experience level, available equipment, lifestyle, limitations, and preferences.

Programs can be customized to support a variety of goals, including general fitness, strength development, body recomposition, healthy aging, functional fitness, outdoor recreation, and sport-specific training. Unlike the comprehensive wellness programs, they do not include the additional educational, wellness, mindset, mobility, recovery, or lifestyle content found in the full program guides.

My approach combines fitness education, psychology-informed behavior change principles, functional movement, sustainable habit development, recovery, and realistic goal setting. The focus is not on quick fixes, extreme dieting, or punishment-based fitness. It is about creating a sustainable path toward greater strength, confidence, resilience, and overall wellness.

All services are provided online.

Please note that I am not a licensed medical professional, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. Coaching is educational in nature and does not replace medical care.

Who This Is For:

Personalized fitness coaching may be a good fit for individuals seeking a custom workout plan that reflects their goals, lifestyle, experience level, schedule, and unique needs. Whether you're focused on strength training, body recomposition, improving mobility, building confidence in the gym, returning to exercise after time away, or navigating fitness with chronic health considerations, a customized approach can provide greater flexibility and support than a one-size-fits-all program.

Programs are designed to emphasize sustainable progress, realistic expectations, functional fitness, and long-term wellness rather than extreme approaches or short-term quick fixes.
