Wildling Wellness provides coaching, education, fitness and wellness instruction, personal development, relationship and intimacy education, sexual wellness education, somatic and embodiment practices, spiritual exploration, workshops, classes, digital resources, and related educational services.

I am not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, licensed mental health counselor, attorney, registered dietitian or licensed nutrition professional, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Wildling Wellness services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions and do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, dietetic, physical therapy, or other licensed professional care.

Information and services are provided for educational, informational, personal development, fitness, wellness, and/or spiritual-exploration purposes, as applicable to the offering.

Nothing provided through Wildling Wellness should be used as a substitute for appropriate care or advice from a qualified licensed professional.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in Wildling Wellness services and use of Wildling Wellness materials are voluntary.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, participation, well-being, and actions. Results are individual and are never guaranteed.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity or service is appropriate for you and for seeking appropriate professional guidance when necessary.

For fitness, movement, breathwork, meditation, somatic, or wellness practices, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating when you have health concerns, injuries, symptoms, medical conditions, pregnancy-related considerations, or other circumstances that may affect safe participation.

Not Therapy or Crisis Support

Coaching, mentorship, workshops, spiritual services, fitness services, and other Wildling Wellness offerings are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, severe psychological distress, significant impairment in your ability to care for yourself or function safely, or experiences that require clinical assessment or treatment, please seek appropriate licensed or emergency support.

Spiritual exploration should not be used as a substitute for mental health or medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Wildling Wellness may decline, pause, or discontinue a service when an individual's needs appear to fall outside the scope of the offering or when continued participation would not be appropriate within the educational or coaching setting.

Spiritual and Intuitive Services

Spiritual, intuitive, oracle, mediumship, energetic, meditation, journeywork, and related offerings are provided as spiritual, reflective, experiential, and/or educational practices.

Experiences and interpretations within these practices are subjective. No spiritual, paranormal, intuitive, mediumistic, energetic, predictive, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Information received or discussed through these services should not be treated as established fact or used as a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety, or other qualified professional advice.

Clients and participants are encouraged to maintain personal agency, critical thinking, discernment, and appropriate professional support.

Adult Content and Age Requirement

Wildling Wellness services, products, educational materials, and website content are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Content may include mature themes, explicit language, sexuality education, and discussions involving desire, intimacy, relationships, power, consent, boundaries, erotic intelligence, sexual wellness, spirituality, and other adult subjects.

Individualized services and adult educational offerings are not provided to minors.

Sexual Content and Professional Boundaries

Wildling Wellness may provide professional education and coaching involving sexuality, intimacy, relationships, sexual wellness, kink, consent, communication, embodiment, and related adult subjects.

These services are educational and professional in nature.

Wildling Wellness services do not include sexual services, sexual contact, nudity requirements, pornography, erotic roleplay with the provider, sexual acts with the provider, arousal-based interaction with the provider, or sexualized live interaction between the provider and client.

No client is required to send sexually explicit photographs, videos, or other sexually explicit media as a condition of receiving services.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Wildling Wellness treats information shared in private coaching and individual services with respect for privacy, boundaries, and consent.

However, coaching and spiritual services do not create attorney-client, physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, or other legally privileged professional relationships.

Privacy and confidentiality are also subject to applicable law, safety considerations, technology and platform limitations, and the terms of the applicable client agreement and Privacy, Website & Purchase Terms.

Participants in group services, workshops, classes, or circles may also be required to respect the privacy of other participants. Wildling Wellness cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with a confidentiality requirement.

Right to Decline, Pause, or Terminate Services

Wildling Wellness reserves the right to decline, pause, redirect, or terminate services when participation is unsafe, inappropriate, substantially disruptive, outside the scope of the offering, inconsistent with established professional or group boundaries, or better suited to another qualified professional or service.

This may include serious boundary violations, harassment, threatening or disruptive behavior, crisis-level needs, or circumstances requiring services outside Wildling Wellness's scope of practice.

Any financial consequences of cancellation, termination, or removal are governed by the applicable agreement, purchase terms, cancellation policy, and mandatory consumer law.

Workshops, Classes, Circles, and Group Offerings

Wildling Wellness may offer live, online, in-person, prerecorded, self-paced, hybrid, or other educational and experiential programs.

The format, schedule, duration, included materials, level of access, and participation requirements will be described for the applicable offering.

Workshops, classes, circles, and group programs are educational and/or experiential. They are not medical treatment, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal services, crisis support, or another form of licensed professional care.

Participation does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, personal-development, spiritual, intuitive, mediumistic, or other outcome.

Some offerings may include mature subjects or explicit language and are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Specific workshops or groups may have additional participation agreements, informed-consent provisions, conduct expectations, privacy requirements, assumption-of-risk terms, or other policies.

Fitness, Movement, and Physical Activity

Fitness, exercise, movement, mobility, and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including fatigue, soreness, falls, strains, sprains, aggravation of existing conditions, and other injuries.

Participants are responsible for choosing an appropriate environment, equipment, intensity, and level of participation and for stopping an activity when they experience concerning pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other symptoms requiring attention.

Fitness education and coaching do not replace medical care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other individualized healthcare services.

Additional informed-consent and assumption-of-risk terms may apply to individualized or live services.

Results Disclaimer

Wildling Wellness does not guarantee specific results from coaching, fitness programs, mentorship, workshops, spiritual practices, educational materials, digital products, or other services.

Testimonials, examples, client experiences, case discussions, or descriptions of possible outcomes do not guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including circumstances, participation, consistency, health, experience, decisions, and factors outside Wildling Wellness's control.

Purchases, Refunds, Cancellations, and Payment Plans

Purchase, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, subscription, payment-plan, and related terms vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.

Digital products and immediately accessible downloadable materials may be final sale except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable purchase terms.

Time-based services may be subject to cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, and reserved-capacity policies described at the time of purchase or in the applicable client agreement.

Workshops, courses, memberships, physical products, custom products, subscriptions, and other offerings may have additional or different terms.

When a payment plan is offered for a fixed-price program or service, the payment plan may represent installment payments toward the total agreed purchase price rather than a month-to-month service. The applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in a Wildling Wellness refund, cancellation, payment, or final-sale policy limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
