With a background in psychology, behavioral health, fitness, coaching, and wellness education, my work combines evidence-informed approaches with real-world application. I have worked in both individual and group settings, supporting a wide range of goals, abilities, and life experiences.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have worked across behavioral health, education, fitness, coaching, and wellness settings throughout my career. My experience includes supporting individuals in one-on-one and group environments, developing educational and wellness programming, behavioral support, fitness instruction, coaching, and community-based services.
My professional development has included training and continuing education in areas such as fitness, behavior change, coaching, communication, personal development, CBT-informed approaches, DBT-informed approaches, embodiment practices, and holistic wellness.
