Welcome to Wildling Wellness
Helping people flourish through education, exploration, and intentional living.

I'm an educator, writer, guide, coach, program developer, synthesizer, and lifelong learner.
More than anything, I'm curious.
Curiouser and curiouser.

I've never been very good at staying in one lane. For me, every answer has always opened the door to another question. Curiosity has a way of wandering, and I've learned to trust where it leads. One question becomes another, then another, until seemingly unrelated subjects begin weaving themselves into something much larger. Oh, the webs we weave when we explore our curiosity.
Psychology leads to movement. Movement leads to nervous system regulation. Nature reshapes spirituality. Creativity transforms learning. Relationships influence health. Leadership changes communities. Before long, it becomes impossible to tell where one discipline ends, and another begins.
People often ask me what my niche is. The honest answer is that I've never experienced the world in niches. I've always experienced it as an ecosystem.
Nature has never separated itself into tidy little categories, and neither have we. We are stories and biology, intellect and emotion, strength and tenderness, solitude and community, science and wonder. We are constantly becoming. The more I learned, the less interested I became in separating these things and the more interested I became in understanding how they work together. I would also get incredibly bored with the exact same thing all day, every day. My mind needs challenge. My body wants movement. My soul craves Nature, wander, play, and magic.
That's where this work began.
This place isn't simply about fitness, psychology, coaching, or education. It's an evolving body of work dedicated to curiosity and a playful spirit.

People come to me for guidance, and I meet them where they're at. Sometimes the answer looks like a fitness program. Sometimes it's a somatic session, spiritual guidance, a guided meditation, a difficult conversation, a journal prompt, self-exploration, creating a better sex life, or an unexpected rabbit hole that changes the way we see ourselves.
Nothing here is meant to stay still. Neither am I. This is my Wonderland and my Willow tree.
As I continue learning, this work will continue growing alongside me. My hope is that it always remains a place with room for curiosity, creativity, play, thoughtful questions, meaningful conversations, and the freedom to change our minds when new understanding arrives. Always leaving space for growth.

Professionally, my path has been every bit as interdisciplinary as my curiosity. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have spent years working across education, behavioral health, coaching, fitness, wellness, and community support while building this work from the ground up. Along the way, I've worn more hats than I can count: developing programs, writing, building websites, technological stuff I had to learn how to navigate, creating educational resources, producing audio experiences, facilitating virtual and in-person learning & coaching, designing movement programs, building systems, and continually refining the experience of the people I guide.
I've had the privilege of working with people from many walks of life: beginners taking their first steps toward better health, athletes pursuing performance, active older adults, military members and families, first responders, individuals with disabilities and unique support needs, people navigating trauma, chronic illness, behavioral and mental health challenges, and those seeking healthier relationships, greater confidence, deeper intimacy, or simply a more meaningful way to live.

Nature is where I return to remember who I have always been, to feel more alive, more connected, and more in awe and in love. Nature is my greatest inspiration. She is where the noise quiets, perspective returns, and curiosity awakens. It's where I feel most connected, to myself, to the living world, and to something far older and wiser than I could ever hope to be.
The forests have taught me patience. Rivers have taught me adaptability. Mountains have taught me humility. Wildlife has taught me that every living creature carries its own way of belonging. The seasons have taught me that growth, rest, loss, and renewal all belong to the same story.
My spirituality has always been rooted in that relationship. It isn't found in having all the answers, but in paying attention. With wonder, gratitude, and reverence for the extraordinary living world we're fortunate enough to be part of. That reverence shapes everything I create.

One of my greatest hopes is that this work eventually extends beyond its current state to contribute to wildlife conservation and to have wellness centers of my own. Helping Mother Nature and humans flourish has never felt like separate callings to me. They have always been part of the same ecosystem.
I hope my work becomes something meaningful to those who come across it. I hope it becomes a place where people feel welcomed exactly as they are, encouraged to stay curious, inspired to ask questions, and reminded that they were never meant to fit perfectly inside someone else's box.

If you stay awhile, I hope you leave with more wonder than you arrived with. And perhaps, curiosity will keep leading you back.

Welcome, Wildlings.
Let's see where this adventure takes us.
